Full internal remodelling and refurbishment of a first floor flat. The design incorporated a loft extension with bedroom and bathroom, together with extension over the rear outrigger roof to create an additional double bedroom with its own terrace, screened with a glass balustrade. A wide rooflight above the new staircase leading to the loft floods the home with natural light. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living space was created at the front of the property, with master bedroom and ensuite at the back.
