The Dean
The project consists of the erection of 45 new residential units, divided into two rows of 5no. 2-bed townhouses and 35no.1-bed/2-bed/3-bed flats. Goater Jones was appointed by Natta Building Co Ltd to undertake the full technical design and the discharge of the existing planning conditions, while also providing consultation for construction detailing where requested.
