Refurbishment of the Grade II listed farmhouse, conversion of the listed barns and 4 new-build homes, stepping down into the landscape. In the first stage, planning permission and listed building consent was granted to restore and repair the period features within the farmhouse, and construct a garden sunroom. In the second stage, consent was granted to convert the principal barn into two two-storey dwellings, and erect four new dwellings in complementary limestone, reflecting the form and proportions of the barns.
