Full internal remodelling and refurbishment of the upper ground floor flat. An open-plan kitchen/living space was created at the front of the property, with the bedrooms relocated to the secluded rear. French doors link the master bedroom to the wrought iron balcony and staircase down to the garden. The external front steps were relaid in beige sandstone, and the front walls rendered white.
