Full internal remodelling and refurbishment of a first floor flat. The design incorporated a loft extension with a rear mansard roof to create a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The roof over the rear addition was cut away to create a large garden terrace, accessed from both the landing and the bedroom, and screened with a glass balustrade. A bespoke open-tread staircase with roof light above floods the home with natural light. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living space was created at the front of the property.
