Full remodelling and basement extension to a ground floor flat within a mansion block, including licence to alter. A sunken courtyard brings light into the centre of the property, aided by internal crittal screens and glass balustrade to the open-tread staircase. The client welcomed a strong eco-agenda, and the project includes renewable energy by Green-Crete.
