The project consists of the erection of 49 new residential units, with a feature landmark central circus design, landscaped to a high standard. The masterplan utilises the land parcel very efficiently, with a commended blend of dwellings, amenity space, parking, circulation and open space (housing density-25 units per hectare). A traditional palette of materials has been used in a contemporary manner to produce highly desirable market housing. 40% affordable homes are also provided on site.
