    Extension and refurbishment of a flat in a Grade II listed terrace. A contemporary glass in-fill extension allows both the lower-ground and ground floors to flow into the garden. Using our expertise and creativity to work closely with the requirements of the Listed Building Officer, and in partnership with the interior designer, we took advantage of the unique character of the property to highlight beautiful detailing and craftsmanship and optimise the use of all spaces. The terraced garden with raised planters creates an urban oasis for this London home.
