Two new build townhouses in St Margarets. The houses are located on an infill site between two terrace rows, each of different heights and styes. The development bridges the gap between these terraces, referencing traditional elements of the Edwardian houses within the contemporary design.

The scheme required the demolition of the existing detached dwelling and full subterranean excavation to allow for bespoke high-quality homes over four and five floors respectively.
